Veggivore Soup


1 cup Grandma Lou's whole lentils

8 cups water

4 bouillon cubes

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup of celery 1 cup of diced potatoes

28 oz (790ml) can of diced tomatoes

1 healthy tbsp of Itallian seasoning

Salt to taste


Simmer for 45 minutes untile the lentils and vegetables are tender.

Serve topped with grated mooarella cheese.
